This bush has 12 wired stems, each with its own sage green leaves and blue cosmos flowers. Six of the stems have a single flower and six have a flower plus a bud.  The silk, tiered leaves can be moved up and down the stem and turned 360 degrees to perfect the look no matter the angle.
